Common Questions
How do I reset my password?
Contact your administrator to request a password reset. They will send a new temporary password to your registered email address.
How do I check my commission balance?
After logging in, go to Commission in the sidebar. Your current balance and transaction history are shown there.
How do I request a withdrawal?
Navigate to the Commission page and click Request Withdrawal. Fill in your payout details and submit. Processing takes 1–3 business days.
How do I create a payment order?
Go to New Order in the sidebar. Select a client, choose a recipient, enter the amount, and submit. You'll need sufficient wallet balance to proceed.
How do I top up my wallet?
Go to Wallet in the sidebar and submit a top-up request. Make an EFT to Dunipay and upload proof of payment. The admin will approve it within 1 business day.
Why is my account locked?
After 5 failed sign-in attempts your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Contact support if you need immediate access.
