To create an account, you need the following:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Passport / ID

To top up your wallet, please follow these steps:

4. After you send the amount to our Shop2shop account, click "Redeem" using the Shop2shop payment transaction ID.
5. Click the "Redeem" button and wait for 5 minutes for your wallet to be topped up.

To make a payment, please follow these steps:

1. Click Add Recipient Bank Account.
2. Click Pay Recipient to see the Recipient name and Bank Account.
3. Enter the amount you need to pay.
4. Click the Pay button.
5. You will be sent the proof of payment to your WhatsApp number, and you can also download it from your portal.
